Once accepted for an appointment, you will receive a link via email and text to sign into the platform link at the scheduled appointment time

Once on the platform, you will:

1. Confirm your identity on our system - scan your current ID when prompted - must be a US state ID or state drivers license or US Passport (If you do not have a US ID, please contact us directly before proceeding)
2. Answer verification questions  to verify your identity
3. Connect live to our Notary online after completing the ID verification process. 
4. The Notary will walk you through the simple steps to sign your document online and will officially notarize your document online
5. You will receive an email with a payment request after the notarization is complete.
6. Once payment is made, you have full access to your document.  Print it or download it after making payment. A copy will be stored for a limited time. 
7. If you wish to proceed with the Apostille process, we will provide further instructions during the online appointment.
